What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused hypnotherapy is a modern type of therapy, utilising the latest neuroscience research. Solution Focus hypnotherapy is also a part talking therapy, using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) techniques to help you get the very best out of yourself.

We have the added advantage of using hypnosis, a natural phenomenon which is a safe and effective way to enhance the sessions. Hypnosis is known to change, create and cement new patterns of behaviour, ridding old unwanted habits, helping create new neural pathways.

Solution Focus is also considered a brief therapy, usually between 6-12 sessions, sometimes more depending on your long-term goal. (Please see price list and sessions guide)

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a forward future focused therapy, it can help build the clients confidence and esteem, improve quality of sleep, change habits, and remove what may have been holding the client back. We are not a regression style therapy.

Solution focused therapy is based on up to date research that neuroscience has to offer. More and more we are discovering how the mind, brain and body works. We are constantly up to date with all this emerging and exciting science and utilise it to make our therapy sessions the very best for our clients.  The client will learn and have the basic understanding of the neuroscience as the sessions progress, this can help tremendously towards change and taking back of autonomy.

Over the last few years more and more people have turned to online, whether that be learning, classes, or therapy. All Solution focused sessions can be done successfully on line. Thus making therapy accessible for all.
