Embarking on a journey to shed those extra pounds often feels like a roller coaster, filled with highs of motivation and lows of guilt and shame.. Enter hypnotherapy to aid weight management, a transformative approach that goes beyond diets and weigh ins.
Do you find yourself caught in a cycle of initial success, only to succumb to familiar habits later? The struggle is real, and it's not about willpower alone. Our weekly sessions delve into the intricacies of behaviour patterns, hormones, sleep, exercise and stress.
No more shame or frustration- just a deep understanding of the factors that are influencing your life. Each session will include hypnosis to help cement change and unwanted patterns of behaviour. A free audio will be given to play in between sessions and beyond.
4 X 1 HOUR SESSIONS for £80. + Optional £20 extra Menopause session.

"Having successfully stopped smoking thanks to Sarah’s help, she has again set me on a much healthier path after 6 sessions focused on weight loss.
 
There was no talk of diets or foods to avoid, she has just helped quieten the sabotaging voices (mostly my own but sometimes from other people) which allowed me to constantly make unhealthy food choices and eat more, or less,  than I needed.  In fact, they’ve pretty much disappeared and I honestly no longer feel stressed around food, even in restaurants or in supermarkets.  I am excercising with less reluctance, my confidence is increasing and all without feeling like I’ve really tried.  
 
The constant overwhelming thoughts about needing to lose weight have disappeared;  the fact that my weight is heading towards a more healthy level just seems like a side effect where my mind being kinder to myself.

Join me for a transformative 2hr event designed to support your mind and body through the challenges of menopause.

The event begins with an informative talk, shedding light on the intricate changes taking place within, during this phase of life. Following the enlightening talk, immerse yourself in a relaxing Pilates flow session to enhance your physical and mental well-being.

Finally, I will guide you through a soothing hypnosis experience to solidify relaxation and integrate the valuable knowledge you've gained. Embrace this holistic journey towards greater harmony and well-being during menopause.

At the end of the session, you will go home with a FREE audio to be able to practice self- hypnosis.
Lynda from the menopause boutique will be providing the Navigating Menopause events with aromatherapy smells to create a truly immersive experience. Aromatherapy can positively affect the state of mind. Inhaling these fragrances influence the part of the brain associated with emotions, helping to alleviate stress, improve mood, or promote relaxation.
