Hi, I’m Sarah

I first started my career in the fitness industry over 25 years ago as a PT trainer, Sports performance Coach and Pilates instructor, over the years I have further trained in orthopaedic Pilates, Pre and Post pregnancy Pilates, Weight management and training for menopause and later life.

Working with all the clients I have over the years I have come across a vast array of physical and mental health conditions, some I could help with and others like insomnia, depression, anxiety, Chronic pain left me in the dark, therefore the mind body connection had always fascinated me.

It wasn’t until I came across a wonderful podcast about a well regarded physician who had himself suffered from debilitating IBS, that I came across hypnotherapy. Absolutely nothing had helped this doctor and he had tried everything from medication to homeopathic remedies and dietary changes. Until he discovered hypnotherapy and in desperation he tried it, to his amazement after one session he felt better and after a few more his symptoms were almost but gone, from the initial hypnotherapy treatments he can now keep his IBS at bay with self hypnosis.

“turning the invisible into the visible.”

This was a light bulb moment in my head, I could now help me clients as a whole!

I immediately started researching hypnotherapy found that it was being used a lot in Europe and across the world within hospitals, dental practices and maternity wards. The following day I enrolled with CPHT to become a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.

I have never looked back, I am absolutely blown away by the power of the mind and how hypnotherapy can help us tap into this most wonderous, powerful machine we have within us, now I can help my clients to reach their full potential and give them the tools to take back control and ownership of their body and mind.
